Job Description
Sozio Key Account Manager USA- South East and Texas
Department: Sales
Reporting: National Sales manager
Location: Piscataway(New Jersey), or any part of the South East or Texas
Mission:
To develop sales opportunities and services for customer accounts.
To maintain relationships with all levels at assigned customer accounts.
To assess customer product needs and requirements and develop/execute plan to meet/exceed expectations.
To protect and grow profitable sales at targeted account.

FRAGRANCE COMPOUNDER
Under supervision follows established formulas to determine amounts of raw materials needed to prepare fragrance compounds. Weighs or measures materials and mixes them is prescribed manner utilizing a variety of compounding equipment. Is responsible for the desired results and visually inspects compound to ensure consistency of color, viscosity, etc. Submits samples to Quality Control for approval. Completes all required paperwork. This job description reflects management’s assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Forklift experience is required. Mathematical aptitude required, able to perform basic math calculations. Chemistry or chemical background desired. Ability to compound production batches efficiently and without error on a consistent basis. Computer knowledge is essential. Basic comprehension of chemical and physical hazard information and application of safety procedures as needed. Safe operation of material handling and packaging equipment on a consistent basis.
Must be able to read, write and speak English on a level needed to interact with other employees, as needed in the performance of work duties.
INTERN/TRAINEE
Full time or Part time. The Intern will be affected to various Laboratory, Evaluation and Marketing positions. 3 or 6 month internship.
High school diploma with cosmetic or fragrance experience is a plus.
