A Year of Success and Growth

I am delighted to share with our followers  our achievements in 2023 and our strategy for 2024.

We achieved a record sales of over 90 million euros in 2023, which is a substantial  organic  increase of 12% compared to 2022. This is the result of the hard work of the teams, innovation and customer satisfaction.

Europe has been extremely successful due to strong increases in the natural / organic market and high sales in France , Belgium and South Europe especially Italy and Greece. We expanded our international presence with the strengthening of our perfumery  laboratory in Dubai to better cover our customers in Middle East , created  a subsidiary in Algeria, implemented  new management and  organization in our branches in the UK and the USA and increased Sozio presence  in the emerging markets in Africa. We have also  consolidated our structure in South Europe with the implantation of Sozio Iberica in Valencia.

Our business in Asia is solid and fast growing with our headquarter based in Hong Kong , two factories in China and Indonesia, and  commercial branches in Vietnam and Philippines. We diversified our business and expertise with the full integration of Synarome, a leading producer of fragrance ingredients and specialties, and the development of our natural formulation expertise. We increased our production capacities with the opening of a new factory in China, which is now fully operational, and the doubling of our production capacity in France with a new Robot. All of our laboratories worldwide have been revamped to be state of the art .They are equipped with the latest technology and tools , such as robots, digital devices and olfactive cabins , they allow us to create ,test and  produce fragrances faster, more efficiently and more reliably.

We have participated in various professional fairs such as In-Cosmetics , Beautyworld , Simmpar , NCA , ISSA and Cosmetica Algeria , revamped our website, undertaken various actions in perfume schools, developped more  innovative collections anticipating new trends , and aimed for a greater digitalization. We are developing  our CSR policy and implementing  various actions to respect the environment and support the social development in the countries where we operate. But the most important is that we  maintained our artisanal spirit and customer proximity, which are our core values. We always strive to offer personalized and tailor-made solutions to our clients, and  share  our passion for fragrances to enhance the well –being of consumers.

Our strategy for 2024

We have a clear and ambitious strategy for 2024, which is based on five pillars: innovation, internationalization, diversification , digitilization and responsibility.

We aim to pursue our growth, by targeting a turnover of more than 100 million euros , reinforcing the pillars of our strategy of the last 5 years. We intend to reinforce our presence in Asia, especially in China, where we plan to open a sales office in Shangai and in India and Latin America  where we plan to create  subsidiaries. We continue the development of our new technologies , specially our Malodor neutralizers Absorbzio , our low VOC Reed Diffuser base and our scented air freshener gels. We promote digitalization in all processes of our business including Perfume Creation, Evaluation , Sales&Marketing , Production, Regulatory and Customer Service. We commit to respect the highest environmental and social standards, by using natural and sustainable ingredients, by reducing our carbon footprint and by supporting solidarity projects. We are very confident in our ability to achieve these goals, thanks to our vision, our creativity and our reactivity, keeping in mind our artisanal spirit and the proximity to our customers. We are very grateful   to our clients, partners and employees for their trust and support. We look forward to continuing this journey with you in 2024 and beyond.
