Summary

The Inside Salesperson / Admin Assistant is responsible for the needs of all House Accounts as well as supporting the external sales team.

Role & Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the VP of Sales:

– Daily management of the needs of House Accounts including responding to inquiries for samples, technical data and support
– Investigate customer complaints and assure prompt and effective solutions
– Coordination with the internal team to ensure that the needs of House Accounts are fully met
– Weekly, monthly and quarterly activity reporting
– Develop sales strategies and sales budgets for assigned accounts. Regularly review and provides status reports on progress against sales budget
– Daily support of the sales team which may include entering projects, pricing, sample requests, and project status update inquiries with the internal development team

Professional Experience:

– 2-3 years Customer Service or Inside Sales experience required
– Fragrance Industry experience preferred
– High School Diploma
– Outstanding oral, written and interpersonal skills
– Must be computer literate
– Must have ability to accept constructive feedback and apply coaching techniques
