Summary

The Key Account Manager is responsible for strategic customer accounts nationally. Will be working with a creative international team and within a supportive and positive company culture.

Role & Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the General Manager:

-Strategic management of key account relationships, including a deep understanding of client needs; helping them to grow their brands, increase their sales

-Discovering and carefully selecting new key accounts

-Coordinating internal team resources to ensure that the needs of assigned accounts are fully met

-Developing strategies and budgets for assigned accounts

-Preparing a brief monthly sales report

Professional Experience:

-10 years of fragrance sales experience, preferably with a big four fragrance house

– Outstanding oral, written and interpersonal skills

– Bachelor’s Degree

– Strong computer literacy

Compensation:

– Salary based on experience (base salary + bonus structure)
