SOZIO is offering a career opportunity “SALES MANAGER” to join its team in Dubai affiliate.


Overview position:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with successful and fast growing fragrance company, as a “Fragrance Sales Manager” your role is to drive profitable sales and market share growth with different accounts within the determined region in the Middle East by identifying customer needs and opportunities, building solid customer relationships.

Main Duties:

  • Introduce the best fragrance and services to customer’s briefs
  • Manage execution in the zone / region, develop commercial strategy and set targets
  • Developing already existing customers, acquisition of new customer network and building a close customer relationship.
  • Identify customer needs aligned with SOZIO solutions and implement trough account plan
  • Negotiate with client the favorable commercial terms (e.g. payment terms, prices and orders conditions etc.)
  • Monitor market development in terms of competitors, products and trends
  • Manage project and work closely with technical team
  • Get clear and complete briefing from clients; translate their needs into SOZIO projects and brief creation and development team
  • Collaborate with marketing team you bring in innovations and new concepts related to customers’ products and on-going projects
  • Prepare sales report and new business activity for the management
  • Responsible for achieving sales budget
  • Collaborate with operation team to ensure customer satisfaction in terms of services and supply

Professional Profile:

  • Expertise in Sales in the area of Middle East and a strong Sales mentality with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience
  • Existing customer network with already some successes in the market
  • High self-organization and ‘Hands on “mentality
  • Strong result oriented with a good overview on all markets and areas

Language:  Excellent knowledge in business English, Arabic language
